You can save your Final Draft file as an RTF file, then open it in the other program. Go to File > Export (FD10 / 9) or File > Save As (FD8); Under Save As Type.
To import a script from Celtx:. Open the script in Celtx;. Go to Actions Export to Text;. The text file will automatically be saved to your Downloads folder;. Quit or minimize/hide Celtx and open Final Draft;. Go to File Open.
