Hilti Epoxy Injection Crack Repair
Applied Technologies has been manufacturing and supplying epoxy concrete crack injection materials used in repairing foundation and basement wall cracks since 1998. Epoxies are used to structurally repair a concrete foundation crack. This will re-enforce the crack and also keep water from leaking into the basement. The cured epoxy will completely fill the concrete crack and return the wall to its pre-cracked strength. The high tensile strength, bonding strength and compressive strength make epoxies excellent for reinforcing concrete cracks.
Epoxy Injection Crack Repair
Many times the repaired crack is stronger than the concrete around it. Epoxies are formulated to different viscosities to allow for a wide variety of crack widths. Our cartridge system is an economical, clean and quick system for injecting into concrete cracks. 6 Cartridges/Case A-Tech 212 LV is a two component, 100% solids, low viscosity, moisture insensitive epoxy.
Concrete Repair & Grouts. Choose from Hilti's large selection of grouts and portland cement based and epoxy based repair mortars. CI 060 EP/070 EP Crack Injection. Aug 03, 2009 non intrusive, easy, non messy process of structurally bonding cracks in RCC, masonry etc.
It meets ASTM C-881. The product exhibits a high modulus of elasticity. It is recommended for use in hairline cracks up to 5/16” wide. It has a fast setting gel time to prevent materials from leaking out of cracks. This greatly reduces the amount of material used versus other epoxies. Requires Lock Nuts Included Advantages:.
Fast gel time prevents leaking out of cracks for extended amount of time.
Options Crack-Pac® injection epoxy is also available in the Crack-Pac Injection Kit. The kit includes everything needed to pressure inject approximately 8 lineal feet of cracks (assumes a concrete thickness of 4' and 1/16' crack width). 2 Crack-Pac cartridge/nozzle sets. 12 E-Z-Click injection ports.
